1. Order Processing
– Once your order is placed, we aim to process and ship within 1-2 business days.
– Orders placed on weekends or National Holidays will be processed on the next business day. All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time that it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled. After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Please note, your tracking number will update once USPS, UPS or DHL has received the package and it is successfully processed through their system.
2. Purchasing
– Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee we will have all the items in your shopping cart to be in stock.
– For an reason, if your selected item(s) sells out, you will be notified via email to be updated about your missing item(s).

3.Returns Policy
– To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused, unworn, and in the same resalable condition within 7 days of purchase that you received it(excluding weekends, or any National Holidays). To get help with a return, contact us via email at mikemike@vrtcul.com
– Once your return label has been issued, the item(s) must be dropped off to USPS or UPS within 14 days of being issued the return label.
– If you have received a defective or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience on our behalf and will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. In this case, you will not be charged for any shipping costs.
– We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund for any items that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way. If we receive any returned items that cannot be resold, we will notify you and offer to return your item to you at your expense. If you choose not to have the item returned, we will dispose of it responsibly on your behalf.
Examples of items that cannot be resold are:
- Items with stains, tears, or rips
- Items with a strong odor (e.g., body odor, smoke, perfume)
- Items with missing tags or packaging
4. Refunds
– Once your returned item is received and verified that it is eligible and meets our return policy standards, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of purchase. Please keep in mind that we do not refund shipping costs unless we made a mistake on our behalf with your order.

This will include both the cost of shipping the item to you and the cost of returning the item to us.
