Return and Refund
Our return policy allows you to return any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of the purchase date. Please make sure to keep the original tags attached and include the original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged, altered or on sale.
To initiate a return, please visit our website and go to the “Shipping & Returns” section. Read the instructions provided to fully understand our return policy. Go to our Contact Us page and fill out a form or email us at mikemike@vrtcul.com We will contact you within 24hrs with the instructions provided to generate a return label. Once your return is authorized, you can ship the item back to us using the provided label. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
